I hope this is the right place to post this, but if not, please let me know and I’ll delete it.
Soon I will buy a house to rent in Japan. I’m not very fluent in Japanese, so I need a lawyer who can speak English and help me go over the contract. I want to make sure I understand everything and that there are no hidden clauses that could hurt me. I also want the lawyer to suggest some changes that could benefit me in the contract. I would prefer someone who is based in Osaka, but I’m willing to work with someone remotely if they are really good. Also, I’d would prefer a not too expensive lawyer… hehe
I appreciate any recommendations or any tips that you can give me.
