I want to buy 2 tubs of a product called ‘keiki paste’ (a chemical plant growth hormone). It’s not available in Japan. There is a seller who will ship to Japan on Etsy, but I’m a bit worried that the substance might not be allowed to be imported to Japan. I’ve Googled around but most information seems to be for either commercial imports or imports when traveling to Japan and bringing stuff in your suitcase. Anyone know where I can seek advice from?

Since similar products are not available in Japan I’m concerned it’s not allowed (not sure why, but e.g. the chemicals used in it might be dangerous)
