Does anyone know an adventurous electrician in Tokyo maybe Akihabara that will be willing to try to fix a large rechargeable battery that got a problem with the BMS?

That’s not my hands or me, I want someone to open the battery and probably check the voltage and then change the fuse that control the BMS ( battery Management System )

Let me know if you can do it or know someone that could do it.
