My partners and I just formed a GK in October and set our fiscal year to October 1st to September 30th.
Are there any sort of initial tax filings that are required?

It seems like filing for the blue tax return, possibly a filing extension. But do we need to file a tax return for the fiscal year before this current fiscal year (up until September 30th, 2023), given that the company was just established in October, after the fiscal year?
We maybe have one or two expenses (like the company set up fee, paid in September).
