For the most part on social media and daily life, when it comes to Japanese food, it’s always sushi, udon , teriyaki and the occasional flavoured KitKats etc…
But since I’ve been in Tokyo and Osaka, the cakes, red bean buns, mochi and so many other desserts I don’t know the name off have been so good lol. Not as ultra sweet and processed as any of the sweets in America 🥹.
