I’m doing some research on buying SMEs in Japan. I’ve located a few M&A brokers and do have a few promising leads, but some of the nuances escape me and I’m hoping someone can help.
公募価格 → is this just the amount needed to purchase a majority share of a company or a would this be the full purchase price?
What are some metrics/KPIs I should watch out for in terms of finding potential SMEs to buy?
Are leveraged buyouts a thing in Japan? What are they called in Japanese and how would they typically work? 日本語で書かれている記事で全然OK.
