Been dealing with a ceiling leak in an apartment for about over a year now.
The superintendent has been sending a repairman to fix it each time but the ceiling always seems to leak again every 3 or 4 months. There have also been other issues and I’m pretty much fed up to the point where I want to report this to the proper authorities to get better service.
I’m pretty proficient in Japanese so I’ll be able to explain my problem clearly but I’m having trouble googling the name of the authority I should be contacting.
Any help? Just the name of some kind of housing authority in Japanese would be great help. Thanks in advance.
