I am in the process of applying for a work visa in Japan. I’ve already secured my Certificate of Eligibility (COE), but as I fill out the visa application form, I’m encountering some conflicting information between the company where I’ll be interning and the guidelines from Japanese authorities. For instance, the company advised me to wait until I have the visa before booking my flight, yet the application form asks for a flight ticket number. Additionally, I don’t remember discussing the assignment of a ‘guarantor’ from the company, leading me to believe I don’t have one designated. The discrepancies are causing me a significant amount of stress. If anyone has any insights or advice, I would greatly appreciate your help 🙏
