I am wondering what the EV charging experience is like, mainly between Tokyo and Saitama. Are there a reasonable number of stations? Are the stations pretty open or always busy, etc.?
My wife’s car (combustion engine) is aging and I understand we will need to go through some expensive inspection process this year, so we are starting to think about a new EV. We don’t do any regular/heavy driving. Mostly we go from Nerima-ku to out in Saitama to here mother’s place and then around the area. Occasionally we do road trips (Saitama, Izu).
