I registered for a smart ex account. Bypass the credit card with my amex card and received my account #, however when I try logging in to familiarize myself with the app, it’s giving me this error:
You can’t use Membership ID you have entered. I tried registering again, but now it’s stating that my card is registered with another account. I tried logging in that account again but I keep getting the same error. Does anyone know why this is happening?
