Im thinking about setting up a GK in Japan, sorry if the questions are too simple.
I am planning on setting the GK (100% owned by myself) for some extra money. (Selling some stuff from the internet)
My situation right now:
* I have a PR in Japan and work as a seshain in a japanese company.
* I would like to start the GK with around 1M Yen.
My questions:
* Do I need to have a fixed salary from the GK? I would like if possible to just redirect the profit to the company and dont have a salary.
* Do I need to pay an adviser/consultant every month to keep everything OK, or would be enough to pay them at the end of the year? (since the movements would be pretty simple, buying stuff here and sell them)
* The 1M yen that I would start the company, can I use that money to start buying stuff right?
* How much can cost creating the GK apart from that 1M? I have read that goes from 100k to 300k
