Hi! How does this look? is it too ambitious? -yes Kyoto is very important; thinking about going all the way to Sapporo because at this time (may) the cherry blossoms are in bloom then according to my research, (anybody can confirm that?).
Day 1 – 7: Tokyo Exploration
* Tokyo Tower
* Ghibli Museum
* Vivienne Westwood store
* Shibuya Crossing
* Tokyo Skytree
* Mt. Fuji
Day 8 – 10: Cherry Blossom Viewing in Sapporo
* Hike and enjoy
Day 11 – 13: Aoshima Island and/or Kyushu (the part I’m not so sure)
Day 13 – 17: Kyoto Exploration
* Fushimi Inari Shrine and hike the torii gates trail.
* Local cuisine and temples
Also, train or flight from Tokyo to Sapporo? I must say I do love ridiculously long trips. All advice is welcomed!
