I’ve been into specialty coffee and pourover since last year, and now branching out to espresso. I have a simple setup at home and would want to try good espresso from shops whenever I’m out to train my palate and for the experience. I’ve only had a long black from Woodberry and an espresso from an obscure cafe named Coffee Swamp so far. Both were great btw. So I would love to hear this sub’s recommendation from where else to go.
I live in Tokyo area, but I don’t mind getting suggestions to anywhere in Japan for future reference.
