When you use a recruiting company in Japan, do you have to apply for a specific job before they get back to you, or can you send them your resume, then they do the looking for you?
Also, does anyone have any recommendations for recruiting companies? I’m either looking for online work I can do at home or something in the Yokohama/Yokosuka area.
I have a pretty varied resume with some unique skills. I find it hard to find decent job postings though. Also, any recommendations for good job posting sites would be appreciated.
