Personally I look at three sources – google weather, AccuWeather and the JMA website. I feel google and JMA is more correlated. AccuWeather sometimes tend to be really very wrong. For e.g. since yesterday it said (and still says) plenty of sunshine with 0% cloud cover whereas I haven’t seen the sun all day with 100% cloud cover! JMA was partially correct today in the sense that it showed cloudy for my prefecture but on the 3 hour forecast it showed sunny in the region around my city all day, so no idea what to make out of it. google was consistently correct today. On the positive side, AccuWeather has a feature of feel temperature predictions which is really useful especially in places with lot of wind chill factor.

AccuWeather blows goats in Japan. Tenki.jp or Yahoo is the most accurate in my experience.
