Holding ADP shares- how to sell in Japan

Automatic Data Processing listed on the NASDAQ exchange

A Japanese citizen holds a number of shares in this company. She acquired these shares a number of years when working for a company (perhaps they had some relation with ADP itself- vendor, etc.). How would one go about selling US shares while living in Japan (She acquired these shares when working for the Japanese subsidiary company which has closed down)? She has the paper stock certificates.

236 shares of common stock and has the owner’s name and address printed on the front of the certificate. Any idea on which Japanese broker could handle this when the owner doesn’t have a brokerage account. Any idea on the taxes levied for the capital gain (approximate 9 million Yen value before commission and foreign exchange fees) ?
