First time making nigiris!

Shaping the rice was a bit difficult for the first few pieces but eventually got the hang of it!

Salmon and squid with various toppings and some torched

Sauce 1: soy sauce, dashi, mirin, apples (to sweeten)
Sauce 2: miso paste diluted with mirin
Sauce 3: yuzu with lime zest and apple puree

Toppings: tobiko, scallions, takuan,
