Visited Osaka for first time today, and noticed so many Koreans around. I’d expect to see many Koreans in Japan based on proximity, but I barely saw any when I lived in Tokyo even in areas like Shin-Okubo. Was just curious why so many Koreans seem to come to Osaka specifically.
