ある vs する To be and to do

Several different concepts and grammar seem to be, somewhat related in lack of a better way of putting it, either to ある or する. I think cure dolly mentions this is some videos if I dont remember incorrectly.

In trying to connect the dots in my head better im trying to figure out more about this and what relates to what and why. Can you come up with more things that falls in to each of these 2? And explain why you believe or think so.

* Intransitive, self move,
