Hello, I’m seeking advice as I’ll be moving for studies near Shibuya, Tokyo by the end of next month. I’m grappling with the decision between opting for a share house or a rented apartment. In a share house, amenities are provided, albeit some are shared, whereas with a rented apartment, I’d need to purchase all amenities myself.
As a side note, I’m also considering whether Shibuya is a desirable neighborhood to reside in or if I should explore other nearby areas.
