お釣りはいらない or something similar. I was watching the 4th episode of Tokyo Vice and saw one of the yakuza said that to a train attendant offering drinks.
I know tipping isn’t impossible in certain situations, but a train attendant? That surprised me. Granted, the show is based in the 90s.
