Hi,
My wife and I are travelling to Japan in May and she is on alot of meds. I believe the only ones she needs to do the import/export application for is Co-codamol (30/500mg) and possibly Tramadol (50mg).
We fly into Narita and leave from Osaka but the emails that are on the website to send the applications to don’t work.
The emails are:
tokyoncd●mhlw.go.jp
osakancd●mhlw.go.jp
She’s tried Outlook, Gmail and AOL but it keeps saying that the email isn’t valid
Can anyone advise how she’s supposed to send the applications if the email addresses aren’t working or if there’s another way/email address to do so?
