Receiving Sole Propreitorship Payments from US client with Sony Bank

I’m a sole proprietor working as a freelance software engineer with a single client based in the U.S.
The client pays me via a contractor app called Gusto.
I’ve just opened a Sony Bank account (normal, not business) to use only for sole proprietorship related income and expenses to make my taxes easier next year using Freee.
I’ve been informed by Sony Bank that in order to receive the funds, I need to complete some procedure for the Incoming foreign currency remittance.
The amount also seems to be already in JPY, so I’m also a bit confused why it would fall under foreign currency remittance – although the remitting bank JPMorgan Chase Bank and based in the US.

They’re asking for Relationship to remitter (ex. self, employer, family, other company, etc.) and Purpose of remittance (ex. Salary, move personal funds, living expenses, etc.).
I’m not a direct employee of thiers, just a contractor, so I’m not quite sure how to answer this.

Can someone help me out as far as how to answer these types of questions as a sole proprietor without any issues?
If anyone knows how to proceed if there are any other questions beyond the ones I listed above, I’d greatly appreciate help with that too.
