I don’t know much about other neighborhoods in Tokyo. A friend of a friend recommended an art event that includes a walking tour around Kagurazaka (Little Paris). If you’re like me and want to know the city better while avoiding the touristy areas, I’d recommend this one. They didn’t market the event to tourists so it’s quite local.
It’s 4,000 yen for two hours and a snack was included. The tour is connected with an art event, so it’s only temporary until March 3rd.
