BIG liquor stores in Tokyo?

Are there any big liquor stores in Tokyo where they sell various levels/qualities of wine, whiskey, beer or even tequila?

Back in US, there were big liquor outlets or shops but was wondering how y’all liquor connoisseurs get your favorite bottles in Tokyo.

For example, I’m looking for Napa wines or Syrah/Zinfandels AND Mezcals these days.
