Version of a “lazy” rice bowl I like to make, canned tuna in mayo and soy sauce with cucumber and nori and some kimchi. I hope it fits here since I’m not sure you could actually call it Japanese. But at least it’s Japanese inspired.

1. Nah I’ve seen multiple versions of this made enough that I would definitely count it as Japanese.

   It’s a typical single Japanese person’s weekday meal.

4. Oh this is definitely Japanese! We have tuna & mayo rice balls. I used to have this kind of rice bowls for breakfast all the time!
