Is anyone else having issues making payment for JR EAST tickets on eki-net? I bought tickets a few months ago without any issues, but currently an error message will pop up whenever I try to make payment:
“The credit card you entered could not be validated. Please check your credit card information or enter a different credit card.”
I have tried 10 different cards including the one I previously made payment with. Anyone else facing the same issue?
