As in the title, I’m planning to move to Japan and buy a house later this year. We have no visa issues as my married partner still holds their Japanese passport.
Recently I’ve learned that my mother, EU national, would like to come with us. I’d love to figure out how we can make this doable, or if it’s already fine to bring a parent (I guess parent in law from the visa perspective)
