Hello everyone! I want to get a credit card and upon doing some research, it seems that JCB Originals W card is a good choice. My requirements were a lifetime free card with good rewards. Anyways, I am trying to apply through their online application form but it gives an error on the first step itself stating that the birth date I entered is invalid which is weird. The way you input your birthdate on the website is through dropdown selection, there’s no way to enter an invalid date. Feels like a bug in their system. I tried different browsers but no use, JCB doesn’t have any customer email support for this, there is a call option but I am not a native speaker.
I couldn’t google this issue either, no related content shows up. Did anyone faced similar issue? I was hoping that I’ll visit some JCB office in Tokyo but I don’t know exactly where to go. I’m getting ads everywhere for JCB cards but their own stupid website is stopping me from getting the card. Any help is much appreciated, I would even consider other credit card options as well.
