There is a red stamp in the top right. Cant post pictures on here sadly but COE was taken as a BW copy and there was little issues with it but I was told to contact the school just in case. I’m going there to study at a Japanese language school called ISI, they are asking me to pay tuition even though they sent me a COE with a red stamp in the top left saying “do not submit to embassy” and “for confirmation only”
The visa section took it anyway and said to wait 5 business days
Is this a scam, I got an invoice from the school for the first semester for 475,000 JPY
