If anyone wanted to add in the missing small caps from MSCI ACWI, (about 10% of the global market) they have some good options via SBI.

I would only rebalance once a year, through buying, not selling. Either way, this is small potatoes, MSCI ACWI by itself is fine.. But I thought some might be interested.
