I’m 23M with a web dev with 2 years experience in my own country and graduated as a bachelor.
I got a job offer from one of the company that I’ve visited in a job fair.
I need opinion / input if I should accept the job offer or no (as software developer specifically web dev from the projects they have)
A little company background that I found:
\-I think it is a gaishikei (Korean) located in Tokyo
\-Company ratings in en hyoudan and other similar site is at 2.8-3 stars
\-Base salary is 230k with annual of 3.5-3.8M (it is stated there’ll be no bonus if you’re not N3 or not participating in any project) \[I am at N3 at the moment\]
\-Base salary includes a fixed overtime allowance of 30 hours.
\-No housing benefits
Should I accept this offer? (If you guys need more information, I’ll provide any possible information that I can tell)
