Moving to support an aging couple in the countryside

Hi!
This is my first post here. I am an American college student soon to graduate from a good American school with a bachelor’s degree in computer science and physics.
I lived in Japan with a host family as a high school student, and I became very close with my host parents. They live in the countryside, pretty far away from major cities like Osaka and Tokyo (although not terribly far from a smaller city). They’re getting older, and I’d like to be able to be there for them and help them when they get to be of an age that it’s difficult for them to take care of themselves (this is still a while off for sure, but I want to be in a position to help when it happens). They have a son who could help as well, but he is very busy with his work and his family, and I don’t think he would be able to relocate and help them.
So, I’d like to be able to work in the Japanese countryside so that I can be there with them. I have JLPT N1, and I will have a fairly strong degree on my graduation, but I am also going to a pretty expensive school so I will have a lot of student debt, and I’d like to be able to find a job that pays fairly well so I can pay off my loans.
How would you suggest I go about preparing for this? It doesn’t need to happen right away, but I’d like to have an idea of what I should consider. I’ve looked at the JET program as a CIR (I’d really rather not be an ALT or some other kind of English teacher if I can avoid it), but I don’t really know where to go from there. I also have a second citizenship that would allow me to get a working holiday visa to Japan while I look for a more permanent job, although I haven’t looked too much into it so I don’t really know what to expect. I also wouldn’t be opposed to working remotely for a company in another country as long as I’m not doing crazy hours, if there’s a way to get that to work with the visa.
Any advice would be much appreciated!
