Question about entering Japan for the long-term

I’m an attorney in the US with a family. We’ve fallen in love with Japan and want to move there permanently, and I’m prepared to buy an akiya. However, with so much of law being remote, I’m planning on continuing my practice here in the USA, simply staying up at night to conduct business.

So… how do I enter Japan to stay there more than 90 days? I’m willing to open an immigration service in Japan to help other foreigners, but to become a registered foreign attorney for the COE I need to already reside in Japan (Catch 22) and have the recommendation of 2 local attorneys (which I don’t have). I could try to teach English but I’m not a teacher. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I’ve scoured the megathread already.
