I got Asahinet as a ISP in my new place but it sucks

When I moved from my previous place I contacted NTT and asked for the moving procedure. I cancelled my ISP (wakuwaku) and NTT told me that my new building had Asahinet so I said Ok let’s do Asahinet. I hadnt heard anything about it before and didnt really do any research. I subscribed to the 10giga and its a big joke. I have barely 150mbps in the daytime and it drops down to 5\~10 mbps at night, it’s 1/200th to 1/100th of the promised speed. I checked online and it seems that NURO can do my building but I’m not sure how to proceed. Should I enter in a contract with NURO telling them that I already have the NTT flet’s hikari equipment and then cancel Asahinet? Should I just contact NTT directly? Anyone with experience switching ISP in the same appartment?

EDIT: problem seem to be fixed after turning off all devices and letting them sit 10 minutes before plugging them back in. Although I have some weird things happening on my phone over wifi like javascript videos not being able to play but I dont know if it’s related. It worked again after resetting my phone. Then stopped working and worked again after a subsequent reset. For now it works.
