Itinerary check – 15 days in Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto: too optimistic and crowded?

Hi guys,

I am travelling to Tokyo next week and will do a short visit to Seoul for a week. I have never been to Tokyo, but my gf has been. I chose my itinerary days based on proximity and to keep each day to each region/district, but I am wondering if it is too optimistic and overwhelming? Also need to put lunch and dinner, but I think we will just eat at the closest restaurants whenever we become hungry. Please rip apart this itinerary, and we are open to reduce the number of activities per day.

Plan is: Tokyo: 2 days, Osaka: 4 days, Kyoto: 1.5 dayd, Tokyo: 5.5 days
