Has anyone worked for a Japanese language school before?

I mean, work as part their admin staff, dealing with foreign student applications etc.

Someone I know from an expat group just went to the owner of the school and asked if they were interested in having foreign staff. So I’ve been thinking of doing the same.

But is it normal to just send out email/resumes to the schools asking if they have a position open?
