Hello, my husband recently separated on the island from the military and is now working on base. For some background, this is an intermittent position, so he does not get benefits. We are looking around for health insurance such as cigna and Blue Cross Blue Shield that some hospitals out here offer direct billing for. We would like some suggestions or any feedback regarding this!
