Become fluent in Japanese to work in Tokyo

Hello, I made this post solely for advice on the best routes to actually learn proper Japanese spoken in the workforce (Not textbook). Please refrain from the negative opinions on Japans economy, working conditions, how hard it is to land a job etc lol

I plan to learn Japanese and work in Japan in IT (Not development) I want to go down the route of JLPT5 – 1 and I have been mapping out my way to complete this. However, I do see some opinions that being able to pass JLPT1 still may not help you learn real world Japanese that’s used in the work force.

I considered looking into language schools in Japan and ive heard both good and bad things. The bad things are that some schools may not teach you Japanese that’s used in the work force.

Does anyone have any advice on what schools in Tokyo or Osaka are good for teaching the real deal Japanese skills needed for the work force?

Thank you in advance
