Hotel in Tokyo for 1600$ for 10 days in May

Hi!

My girlfriend and I (late 20s) are travelling to Tokyo this year and will arrive May 17th and stay until May 27th.

We currently have a budget for 1600$ for a hotel in Tokyo for 10 days.

Any suggestions? We would prefer an area more focused on food/shopping :).
