I received a notice that SBI didn’t process NISA direct debits on February 14th and they would send out further messages. Nothing received so far and the direct debits still haven’t gone through.
This is a SBI system issue and other people have been affected. I’m not sure on how many people have been affected.
Investors could have lost a bunch of money. Are SBI obligated to make up the difference?
