How can I learn japanese by watching video contents (except manga or anime)

It’s been over a year that i moved to japan and started working in a japanese IT company. I’m going to sit for JLPT N3 exam at the end of the year december. Sorry to say that I’m not a big fan of manga or anime which is why it’s a tough job for me to learn japanese by ordinary way of reading traditional books or watching JLTP lessons in youtube. I love watching mystery, crime, action, thriller movies which are mostly from hollywood or bollywood. However, i don’t find much of those movies much to watch and learn. Even i searched for TV series and started with a one (Terrace House: Tokyo 2019–2020) but that was so disappointing due to bad story plot and acting. So, i was wondering if someone can help me here with information about some of the interesting ideas to learn japanese.

Thanks in advance.

NB: If you have a recommendation about anime then please suggest me one which will be something like i can’t ignore watching. For your understanding I’m going to mention few of my loved ones such as Black Mirror, Limitless, Fight club, Inception, V for vendetta, Lucy, Edge of tomorrow, The dark night, A beautiful mind, The devil wears prada, Perfume, James bond movies, Jason bourn movies, Game of thrones, and some hindi tv series etc.
