Hey folks. I’m trying to change careers because I don’t want to be pigeon-toed into teaching English forever, but I’m having a hard time finding jobs in Okinawa that will sponsor a visa change from Instructor to whatever it is.
Unfortunately I joined JET straight out of college, so I don’t have much other experience or credentials and HelloWork apparently can only legally help me find other English teaching jobs.
Do y’all have any advice/tips/knowledge of places hiring?
P.S. I currently live in Okinawa and own a car, so that’s a huge thing I wouldn’t have to worry about.
