So I was supposed to get my last paycheck on Tuesday and my former boss has yet to pay me and she’s been ignoring my emails asking her whats going on. She also has a history of never paying anyone on time. Would this be professional enough to send to her?
“On Monday, February 12, 2024, we came to the agreement that You would pay me on Tuesday February 13, 2024 by mid-day. You have not done so and you have not responded to any of my emails. If I am not paid by mid-day February 15, 2024 I will go to the labor board.”
