I work at a startup in Tokyo and the CEO had promised me equity in the company (5%).
Recently he gave me a document agreeing to buy 2500 shares at a nominal fee of 1 yen per share.
But, the document doesn’t say the total number of shares that were created. Is there any way I can obtain this information?
