After looking through a few options, for family of 4, I think we will go with one of Mimaru hotels. There are two that are within our budget of $250 a night: Ikebukuro and Kinshicho.
Kinshicho is closer to the center of Tokyo and it’s only a bit more expensive. I guess that’s the obvious choice then?
Considering the distance/transportation, how far out of Tokyo I should go before it becomes inconvenient? Is 30-minute train ride manageable?
