Looking to buy some land and build a house with a small chicken pen & small garden. But wanting to buy in an area that’s not terribly expensive & also has a decent number of expats.
Trying to think of a few places in Japan that would be nice. Any ideas?
Anything other than Tokyo, Yokohama, Osaka, Fukuoka & Sapporo
Edit: doesn’t need to be exclusively expats. I just want to speak English with some friends every so often.
