From Narita to Osaka and Kyoto – Suica question

Hi all,

My family and I (me, wife and 4 kids) so 6 of us, will be travelling to Japan next month from Canada. We are going to Osaka and Kyoto.

We are heading straight to Osaka the same day we land at Narita. We’ve booked a flight with Jetstar.

I’ve heard I need to get a Suica card while at Narita. How much should I preload the card for? Do I need 6 cards (1 per person) or can I use one for all of us?

If I need 6, how much money do you suggest Input in each? We plan on being in Osaka 5 days and 3 in Kyoto.

Also, Is there some kind of AirPort Express shuttle from Osaka Kansai to The Namba/Dotonbori area or just take the metro?
