Honeymoon itinerary plan for 11 full days in Japan from Ireland

Hi everyone. I’m very sorry to post another itinerary plan to the subreddit. But myself and my soon to be wife are heading to Japan from Ireland for our Honeymoon! We are very excited as it’s somewhere we’ve always wanted to go. We are nervous about making the most of our time out here as this could be the one and only time we ever make it out so we want to be as smart and sensible with the time we have to see as much as we can. Our trip is broke up into these sections –

Days 1-3 Tokyo
Days 4-6 Kyoto
Days 7-9 Osaka
Day 10 Nara
Day 11 Tokyo

If you have the time could you please review my planned itinerary for the 11 full days we have. Suppose a few quick disclaimers:

– when we travel we never do tours as we prefer to explore and walk around ourselves. Because of this we usually end up getting through things quite quick. This might speed up some parts of the plan compared to someone getting a tour.
– I’ve left some comments for help as we have gaps or need some ideas
– my biggest concern is Day 11 in Tokyo as I think we could use this day better, any suggestions would be great
