My Samsung phone broke of its own accord (battery seems damaged) and I’m within the 1 year warranty period so I should be able to get it repaired by Samsung.
But from what I can see there is no Samsung support center in Kansai. I don’t want to go to Harajuku just for this.
I tried processing online but get strange errors there.
I originally bought it off Amazon (Sim free).
Does anyone have experience with Samsung devices and their warranties in Kansai?
